The hotel did the purpose just to spend the night before a cruise, the shower did not have a shower curtains we went to front desk they said that was going to bring one never arrive.

The room is very old, weird smell the mattress is not comfortable it looks like sofa bed mattress,nothing like the pictures posted on their website! We woke up at 5:40 am with some girls screaming and knocking on their door non stop until 7:00 am! Very bad experience

I stayed there for a week and didn't get towels chance once neither the room cleaned up. Every time I asked to the housekeeping lady for new towels she said that either had none or ran out of it. Room is extremely noisy, you can hear everything inside, from people talking/walking on the hallway to next room tv or above room people steps. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

The kitchen did not have any plates, glasses or cooking materials. The manager was very disrespectful and short in his reply to a situatgion. I was loading my car and had to take several trips. I left my room at 10:45 am to begin loading after my first load my key did not work on the door leading to the elevator . When i told him his reply was the key no longer works after check out. I still had luggage and my dog to retrieve i replied check out is 11 it is 10:48 am he then told the young lady at the desk to fix my card. He never apologized for his rudeness. I am sure this will not affect him since he most likely gets the reviews. I also witnessed him having the same dismissive attitude with another person while waiting to get towels. It is my hope that he reevaluates how he treats customers, The hotel is an affordable option and very convenient. I will not stay there again. The young man that checked me in was very patient handling a situation much more detailed and time consuming with a person checking in in front of me, and the manager could not be bother by a key card expiring too early.
