Unit 2 - Private Queen Studio Near Miami Airport & Wynwood

Enjoy a private queen studio with its own entrance and bathroom in Miami's residential Allapattah neighborhood. Convenient for Miami International Airport, Wynwood, Little Havana, Downtown and Miami Beach. Travel times vary with traffic.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
- Maximum 2 registered guests. No outside visitors, parties or events.
- No parking is available at or near the property. This studio is not suitable for guests bringing a car; Uber or Lyft is recommended.
- No smoking indoors or outdoors.
- One small dog weighing 15 lb or less is welcome for a $25 per night pet fee and must be included in the reservation. No cats or other pets.

YOUR PRIVATE STUDIO
The studio is at the back of the main house, reached along the left/west side of the house and across the terrace. It has a queen memory foam bed, living and dining areas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge and microwave. There is no stove or coffee maker.

The Smart TV uses Roku Guest Mode: sign in to your own streaming accounts and they are cleared at checkout. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided; washcloths are not included. The sofa visible in some photos has been replaced with an ottoman.

SHARED PROPERTY AND OUTDOOR SPACE
The homeowners live in the main house, and other guests stay in separate units on the property. You may use the shared outdoor seating under the sun sail shade in front of Unit 3. The outdoor kitchen, homeowners' dining table, washer and dryer are for private use only. Please wear a shirt in shared outdoor areas.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Self-guided check-in begins at 3 PM. Checkout is by 11 AM. Follow the private arrival instructions for Unit 2; other units have separate entrances and access codes. Your access instructions will be provided privately through your reservation communication. Save them before traveling so they are available when you arrive.

Early check-in is subject to availability and an additional fee; ask in advance. Checkout extensions are unlikely because of the cleaning schedule. Luggage storage may be available by prior arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE
The property is under an airport flight path. Aircraft can be heard outdoors; indoor noise is usually lower, but light sleepers should keep this in mind. Guest laundry is not available; there is a laundromat nearby.

The homeowners speak Spanish and may be outside in the afternoon. Your host is available by message for questions or assistance. Please review the full listing and house rules before booking.

ACCESS AND SAFETY NOTES
There is a change in floor level between the bedroom and kitchenette area. Exterior security cameras monitor areas around the property. Shared areas may have light noise from the homeowners or other guests. Quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM.

Very neat little efficiency apartment that served its purpose perfectly. We just needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night. The shower was hot, the AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked good, and we felt safe. We used Uber from this location and had a Walmart delivery. There were no issues with pickup or drop off.

Awesome place for what we wanted! The family was super sweet and hosts responded very well only giving 4 stars because we couldn’t flush toilet paper. Neighborhood was loud so if you can’t sleep with loud noise I wouldn’t choose this one. Didn’t bother us.

Great AC! WiFi was quite slow trying to work was very difficult. Couldn’t flush toilet paper so that felt a little strange. Only silverware was a can opener but we made do. Easy check in and check out was great!

The stay was ok and it was good, however; I was confused as to why there wasn't a sink for me to wash my food off with. I literally had to take a cup into the bathroom and fill it with water in order to wash off grapes in which purchased. Other than that, it was a cozy cabin.

Overall, the room was clean and in good condition. It’s not a very luxurious space but that’s to be expected for the price. Our main problem is that the close proximity to the airport means that very loud planes were flying directly overhead all night long and we did not sleep much.
