This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The room was dirty, the bed looked old and unappealing, and one of the windows was broken. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There were random people hanging around the hallways and using the elevators, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Trash was visible near the restaurant area, and while the food was extremely expensive, the quality did not match the price at all. We only stayed one night and canceled as soon as we could because we did not feel comfortable staying longer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was by far the most unpleasant hotel experience I’ve had in Miami.

Great pool and hot tub. The only downside is each drink will cost you about $25 cad, after conversion. Cocktails are around $19 usd each. Be prepared to spend money.

Loved self check in, it was quick and easy. Staff was great, and the coffee at the bar was wonderful. After checking in we made our way to the room and it was awful. The king bed is two twins pushed together. The heater would not turn off and the window would not open. We tried to call down to the front desk and no answer. We got up and left as early as we could, took a quick shower because we had no hot water.

The staff was kids of rude add obnoxious we had issues with the elevator. Didn’t know how to work it until one of the staff came and helped us. He was really nice. The rooms I had to be changed three times because of the AC it was extremely high in the room, it wouldn’t go lower than 68 as I have Miami it’s hot in Miami. I find tickets to go purchase a fan in order to be able to sleep. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and also I had to wait three times in line to be able to for them to change my room…😡😡 I also went to the 12th floor to see if I can find something to eat and hostess there practically ignored us so we left had to go purchase food outside of the hotel. Also went to the lobby to see if I could order food and a whole sister did the same thing completely ignored us and attended another man that was sitting there at the bar. Staff needs to be better trained, and realize that acknowledge the customers that are here..🙄😡😡

To whom it may concern, on the night of December 21, 2025, I stayed at the Yotel Hotel. First of all, this hotel does not have its own parking, so you'll end up spending a lot of money on a parking garage that is not affiliated with the hotel. Across from the hotel, there's one that says it costs $45 for 24 hours, and we left the parking garage after only 5 hours and were charged the full $45. Then we returned around 11 pm and left the parking garage at 8 am the next day and were charged another $45. When we arrived, we requested a slightly larger room, and they put us in a room that had a queen bed and a sofa bed, for which they charged us an extra deposit on top of the one I had already paid. ***THIS DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO ME AS OF TODAY, JANUARY 19, 2026.*** The hotel manager told us the day we checked out that it would take up to two weeks for the refund. The sofa bed sagged at the corners, making it uncomfortable. There is no door between the sofa bed area and the queen bed area, so there is no privacy. Neither area has a closet to store personal belongings. There is a small, portable laundry rack. The bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper in the dispenser. The shower floor is level with the bathroom floor, and a lot of water spills out. Also, the shower curtain sticks to your body while you're showering. There were no extra blankets, sheets, or pillows, and the number of towels was only enough for two people. Even though it was supposed to be a larger

Spotless room, good security. Really enjoyed my stay. Only issue was half the lights in my room didn't work, but my own fault, i didn't report as lighting was still adequate and i was afraid they'd make me change rooms. Otherwise excellent choice and i would stay again.
