To whom it may concern, on the night of December 21, 2025, I stayed at the Yotel Hotel. First of all, this hotel does not have its own parking, so you'll end up spending a lot of money on a parking garage that is not affiliated with the hotel. Across from the hotel, there's one that says it costs $45 for 24 hours, and we left the parking garage after only 5 hours and were charged the full $45. Then we returned around 11 pm and left the parking garage at 8 am the next day and were charged another $45. When we arrived, we requested a slightly larger room, and they put us in a room that had a queen bed and a sofa bed, for which they charged us an extra deposit on top of the one I had already paid. ***THIS DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO ME AS OF TODAY, JANUARY 19, 2026.*** The hotel manager told us the day we checked out that it would take up to two weeks for the refund. The sofa bed sagged at the corners, making it uncomfortable. There is no door between the sofa bed area and the queen bed area, so there is no privacy. Neither area has a closet to store personal belongings. There is a small, portable laundry rack. The bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper in the dispenser. The shower floor is level with the bathroom floor, and a lot of water spills out. Also, the shower curtain sticks to your body while you're showering. There were no extra blankets, sheets, or pillows, and the number of towels was only enough for two people. Even though it was supposed to be a larger
