They don’t have pretty much nothing. They have a yogurt and a muffin in the morning and they call that breakfast.TV broken and have no willingness to fix it but keep giving you instruction on broken items. No pillow a in the bed hallways full of trash. Noises at night. So terrible I can believe I booked this. Houses keepers so rude customer services are incapable to respond to questions. I mean so terrible

On the day of arrival November 6th, the greeting staff was unprofessional.and no entries at all in assisting us. I had paid for my room up front over the phone, but yet they were eager to get an additional deposit from me which to this day have not been reimbursed. The facility was not able to provide bath towels, garbage.bags, and the place smelled because it was uncleaned and clearly somebody was smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside the building. I am afraid to reserve from any Quality Inn hotels. If I am compensated for this disgrace which occurred in front of my guess, I would reconsider my future decision. Thank you

The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel stay. I had no room at check in with a reservation. I had to go buy towels and cleaning supplies. My room was infested with roaches. Some of the staff is very unprofessional. The toilet was leaking from the bottom, and I had to use the only 1 towel to put on the floor. I felt like an exterminator losing sleep after finding a roach crawling under the pillow. Will definitely check reviews before booking anywhere.

The entire facility was unsanitary!! There was trash on the hallway floor. Trashcan off the elevator was overflowing to floor. Water on elevator floor. Curtains in room dirty. Shower door had mold. The places smells stale like cigarettes. One set of towels provided. Leaking shower. I could go on but 10 out of 10 would never recommend.

Room was totally neglected, No Towels, No wash clothes, No cups and cutlery etc. They advertise their Laundry Washing Machine but it looks like it’s not been working for almost a year. The pathways and the steps are dirty and dusty with trash all over the floor. Carpet is dusty and stinky. The staff are not supportive nor professional, they seem like they’d rather be somewhere else. They’re not motivated to work at all. I stayed 1 night because I was too tired to cancel and look elsewhere. I just wanted to get some rest.
