With the name Clean & Serene, I was expecting a very clean experience. It fell short. The house needs to be power washed. There are cobwebs and dirt - particularly on the front porch. I don’t think the rugs have been vacuumed recently. The sheets in the master bedroom had a stain and the bed itself was broken along with the blinds. The baseboards need some love - especially in the bathroom. I believe it’s all in the details and maintenance of a property. On a positive note, it’s close to Rhodes and the owners were very responsive when I expressed my frustration about the broken bed.
