The inside of the accommodation looked just like the pictures. It was nicely arranged and esthetically pleasing. Communication was good and I received responses in a timely fashion. The location was close enough to walk to Minglewood, but the area was not what I would be comfortable walking alone. Cleanliness wasn't bad. You could tell sheets and towels were clean and fresh. The floors and counters were clean. But, the bathroom could use a little more attention to detail.

Great Location

If Central Gardens/Midtown area for a couple is your goal, this small apartment fits the bill. Newly renovated & decorated, it’s a great fit for a great price. Sleeps 4 is a bit of a stretch as the futon is small and uncomfortable.
