Every time i stay here i have problems with the rooms. Its always something. The makeup mirtor hsd to be fixed this time and the door handle was messed up. They took away free breakfast. Im done staying here.

Overall good, water was shut off during my stay. And it happened to be the second time this happened. The staff were nice and gave me a free late checkout. I feel like it could have been a better discount. But appreciate what was given and actually had to extend my stay a few more nights.

Really enjoyed the entire stay. The staff was always available to assist. The room was great. It was very clean. The staff responded to requests very quickly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Hotel was really beautiful, modern. Beds were comfortable. But cleanliness wasnt upkept. In our debroom door cabinets were dirty, dusty tables. The pool area was so beautiful but so much garbage on the floor, bandages, bottles were left from the night before, a lot of spider webs on the ceiling. If the hotel would clean a but more, it would ideal hotel.

I hate leaving bad reviews. I absolutely hate it, but this is an exception. I want to warn others before they stay at this property. It started with a very cumbersome check-in process where you go and speak to a real person and she sends you to a kiosk and then she sends you a text and then you wait for a text for a digital key with a barcode to scan to get into your room. No Physical key was given next step this property list, a complementary breakfast as well as a woman that checked us in said come down breakfast starts at 6 AM and long story short the next morning we came down and the person down there said there’s no free breakfast. We have to pay if we want to eat what a joke. Also there is no coffee available in the room and there was no coffee made in the lobby. My mom who is over seven years old had to stand around while someone made her a cup now back to the room with the shower is the most ridiculous design I’ve ever seen even with the shower curtain, closed the water pools all over almost the entire bathroom so that while I was standing blow drying my hair, I realized I was standing in a puddle of water very dangerous and insane! Inside the shower is another story altogether every one of the dispensers that was labeled shampoo, conditioner, body wash all had been lazily filled with only conditioner so when I got out, I was greasy as hell, as there was no body wash, but only conditioner that I had rubbed unknowingly over my entire body. Not cool. This place blows.

Hotel needs some work. TV didn’t work because no plug for cable box. Sink backed up and had to change rooms. Carpets need cleaning. Water shutdown multiple times. Only one elevator functional.

Our visit was a quick overnight stay. Eric was the only employee we interacted with and he was great. Made a very positive impression- Friendly, patient, funny. He deserves a raise! Our room needed some improvements but the place has a good feel, was clean and the price was reasonable. We will stay here again.
