I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed. After checking I discovered the room was furnished with two beds. I called the service desk and they informed me that they didn’t have any rooms with a king size bed. I asked them how this could be resolved and they put me on a continuous message hold. I’m very disappointed in your service. Definitely not professional.

Zak and Bonnie on Friday night were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately there were a couple of unsatisfying things in my room. There was a light out on the restroom and I'm fairly positive there was mold on the ceiling on the restroom. The pool was also wonderful

Our time at Marriott was well spent. The area is conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and the church we came to visit. The staff was helpful and kind. We were given complimentary breakfast one morning, and that was made even more special by the service we received from Terrance. Overall great experience.

Don’t stay here

Checked into the hotel when I was dropping my daughter off for college. Heard from some friends that many cars were broken into the night before we arrived. After a long way to check in, Hotel employee told me that the air conditioning was not working very well. Mind you it was 97° outside. After being outside in the intense heat, all I wanted to do was take a shower. Well, no hot water. We called maintenance. They came and looked at. It said they will try to get it back on. We decided just to go to dinner. Didn’t hear anything from maintenance so we just assumed that it was probably fixed. Got up the next morning and no hot water. We’ve stayed at this hotel, many times and not had too many problems. Suffice it to say we will not be coming back. Poor communication and poor follow up. I left a very detailed message for the hotel manager. No response. Hence this less than glowing review.
