Would not recommend

Not to Courtyard expected standards. Had to move rooms 3 times. 1st room AC not working, 2nd room AC making noise, 3rd room dirty & poor maintenance, 4th room deadbolt didn’t work, poorly repaired shower joints. Lobby floors mopped during check-out time and left slippery wet. Staff showed no concern.

Courtyard by Marriott is the ultimate experience. Customer service is too level. Professional and the gave me superb attention. All my needs were meet and specialized treatment was offered due to my health issues. I was treated as a queen! If I could how well I am treated it would contain words that overflow. Thank you staff. Great clean property. Staff is very nice and friendly. Not sure why people have had negative experiences but seems like user error more than a hotel issue. Comfortable bed and linens and clean. Very modern and sleek.
