"I didn’t even stay at this location when I was checking my in I was told the water park is separate completely and have to pay on top of paying for the room which the website has no information on that ! And they don’t have a pool for the hotel and they don’t have the park open only Saturday and Sundays ! Which again is not posted online.
After trying to check in walking to the room they rushed after us telling us the room I booked and paid for already has a broken toliet and I will not be accommodated with the same kind of room I already paid for !!"
