Traveling with my grandson. Check-in was quick and easy and the woman at the desk was helpful, personable, and efficient. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Not a deal breaker for us, but no elevator to our second floor room. May be a deal breaker for some, be sure to ask for an accessible room if you can’t do stairs. Wi-fi was good, TV worked. The location is good, very easy to find, near a couple of gas stations with food. Would stay here again for a clean place to rest our heads!

The television in the room did not work. Had "no signal" message on screen. Could have used another pillow, 3 on a king size bed seemed odd. Otherwise the room was adequate. Nicely located for the concert we attended at Darien Lake Amphitheater.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 10 minutes from Six Flags Darien Lake and easy to get to. No breakfast but they do have coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the main lobby in the morning. Two floors and no elevator

Stayed this past weekend for a concert. Unfortunately we couldn't check in early however the staff was very helpful. We were able to take care of everything prior to the show so getting back was a breeze. Hotel was pretty outdated but for the price and convenience it was great for us. They even offer shuttle service to the venue for small fee. The food truck in the parking lot after the concert was a great bonus too! I would stay again if traveling for anymore shows!

Staff was awesome. Rooms were meh, our first room the toilet wouldn’t work. They provided a plunger but that didn’t fix the issue. Carpets were gross, dirty feet after walking on it. Shower curtain was falling off and the shower head half worked.
