"Tiny room even smaller bath. Bland room decore, view of building’s mechanics. No mini bar. Kettle and cups hidden away in a box on the top shelf of the closet, due to small room size. Careful taking it down it’s heavy. In room dining menu is limited. Room service omitted part of my order each time. Disappointing as the hotel’s public room decore is grand and lavish. Very friendly and helpful staff especially door men. No upgrade offered. "
