Convenient & walkable to many restaurants & bars. Only complaint was the very loud noises at 4:45am of street sweeper on Commercial Street Friday morning. I understand that it wasn't the hotel's fault. Just annoying that the city/trucking company wouldn't be more cognizant of the hotel & sleeping guests!

The AC in the room kept on getting shut. No ventilation or white noise. We don’t have an option for constant fan. The pillows were very bad and gave me a neck pain. Overall I did not sleep whole night. The EV charger was so slow it took 8 hours to charge from 40% to 90-%

Noisy location

The room was clean & comfortable but do have thin walls. Not a fan of the soap dispensers. You have to squeeze them opposed to a pump. The hotel is located along a high traffic area so if you’re not used to living in a city atmosphere it will affect your sleep. There is a restaurant downstairs with very loud music playing until closing. The free breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food to select from. The only complaint with buffet is their wasn’t anyone re stocking items and paper products as they did run out quickly so it made breakfast seem chaotic looking for plates and cups.

The person who checked us in was Diamond. She was delightful! Great attitude, very friendly, welcoming, and had great recommendations for my 89 year old mom and me. She seemed genuinely interested in what brought us to the area. She even wished my mom a happy early birthday. Lovely person! Room was very clean, beds are super comfy.
