"We did like the location of the property or the parking was a nightmare, just narrow streets in Madrid and having to go underground to find a parking place or expands would’ve been better if we would’ve had a taxi or walk there just a crowded area but very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that when we first got in our room, it smelled like strong room freshener we had to open the door to air out. The room is small functional in good for a night or two wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in the room, however"

"Madrid is a busy night life town. If you are not used to hearing sirens all night, Madrid is not the place to stay. On the top floor, we had a beautiful room with private bathroom in this hostel hotel, but the street but the noise was loud. Perfectly situated next to the train station if you're relying on train transportation. The staff was wwrm, inviting and super helpful!"

"Upon entering the hotel the staff Sandra, Liza and David were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I mean I can’t say enough about them. Our luggage was immediately taken to our room. Unfortunately, we spent our time for the next two days in the room due to illness. So I didn’t get to go out and see any of the city this day. I’ve checked in on me asked if I needed anything, they also sent up some treats that were delicious and when we called down to pick up the luggage upon leaving, that two was immediate. David was very helpful again, I hope to revisit Madrid and actually see the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there."
