The hotel was very nice but the carpet in 12 floor hall was worn out and quite honestly ugly. We were told at check in breakfast was $19.50 a day. She said we could decide each day if we wanted it or not. When we arrived for breakfast, we were told it would be $ 28. A day. After much back and forth. They did allow us to pay at check out. We had to explain ourselves 3 days in a row. Jeeze! Also your policy of giving 1 bottle of water for your first night only. I think when you are staying in a foreign country and the water is not safe to drink from the facet , you should provide 2 bottles of water (1 for each guest). I was very surprised and disappointed that this occurred at a Marriott facility

Nos encantó nuestra estadía y el hotel está nuevo, con supermercados cerca, así cómo el Metro y buses. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el trato en el bar del hotel. Uno de los bartenders parecía como si no quería servirnos. Fur sumamente desagradable. Fuera de esto, recibimos muy buen trato.

Everything was perfect. The front desk could be a bit more friendly. The security at the front always greeted us and looked very professional. The room is amazing! very comfortable and brand new.
