Convenient location and the staff were very helpful with all of our requests. The snacks were a big bonus. It was nice they were available any time of the day and included coffee, tea, juices, fresh fruit, and cookies.

Hotel was nice location with elevatorand staff were excellent, but my small interior room with two twin beds had one small window to a light well which introduced a lot of noise and light at late hours. The room lacked good air circulation and was stuffy.The pictures on the website show rooms with ample windows to the street. Misleading. Ask for a room on an upper floor with larger windows facing the street.

Everything but steep price, made this stay remarkable. For what you can get elsewhere for same price, you are paying a premium without getting premium stay. Overall experience was great, staff was great, the advertised bed and breakfast is false as there is no food, and what there is is not much aside from coffee and cookies. I’d recommend staying out of heart of Madrid and just staying on outskirts, where you can get a premium stay for less and use the Metro to travel easily across city.

It’s in a perfect location to get to all major sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to wake up to a bag with water and a little pastry at our door every morning. Would definitely stay here again.
