The housekeeper Melissa was excellent! She was only a text or phonecall away. She came by to check on us when she was unable to reach us by phone. Always pleasant and welcoming. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated & maintained, spacious and in a great location, close enough to Lucea and Montego Bay. The security can be difficult to get past; even after the 3rd day the verification to get through the gate was tedious. The host was totally unresponsive to communication, thank God for Melissa.
