The air conditioning was effective but louder than we had experienced at other resorts, was challenging to sleep through so ended up turning it off. We were a family of 4, however the kitchen was set up for 3 persons. We did advise front desk however it was not corrected. We made do sharing the utensils. Overall the experience was excellent and would recommend this property as well return.

Check in was good , but I wish the receptionist explained more of the hotel . Service was good but I had to call twice for room service to come. Very friendly. Nothing too disappointing not to come back. I will definitely recommend to other relatives and friends.

I would not stay here again. It’s supposed to be all inclusive but what they don’t tell you is, you have to drive 15 mins to another hotel to experience the best of the all inclusive. The room needs major upgrades. Very spacious, but it’s not clean. Food was 6/10, service was very slow most nights. Kept having to ask for towels after they “cleaned” the room. We couldn’t get pool towels for 2 days in a row. You can’t even relax on the beach cause they allow vendors to harass you every 9 seconds. Just not a great experience.

This was our second stay at Rose this year. If possible, we loved it even more than we did in June! Our favorite employees remembered us and everyone took wonderful care of us. The food and beverage are better than at any resort in Mexico that I have visited. Our room was beautiful and clean. Every single staff member gave 110% to ensure that everyone was happy. I can’t wait to come back in 2026!!! (Special thanks to Areli, David, Naomi and Elizabeth at Blanco, and Luis, Evaristo, Adal and Laura at Rose!)
