MOLD/Terrible customer service

Upon arrival I questioned the cleanliness of this hotel because of the odor. Because I got in so late I just opened the door to temporarily remedy that issue. I notified the front desk but nothing happened. I woke up the next morning in hope to get freshened up for the day just to find MOLD all over the bathroom. I again notified The front desk where they were again very dismissive. Offered absolutely no solution to the issue at all other than checking out early.
