Clean Rooms, Pet-Friendly, Parking was easy - I was able to change booking from 1 king to two queens on request. They also allowed for an 1 hr extra time for check out. Friendly staff and great services. We always stays with them when travelling to Torrance.

Young Middle Eastern man was beyond rude. He had the audacity to respond to a simple question with such disdain. When I asked Him if there was an issue, he said “do you want the room Or not?” He had a major chip on his shoulder. But given the current situation in America, I bit my tongue. But will never patronize this location and advise no one else does either.

I stayed here for one night due to me not paying attention on how close I need to be to LA for a conference I was attending. But I would say the hotel was top notch. A shopping mall is across the street which made it convenient to get any last minute items or food. I was able to walk over to the Chilli's and a Target was across the street as well.

The maintenence guy found us another chair because our room only had one. He was helpful and obliging. The cleaning lady was friendly, too suggestion: It was hard to find the right building and the best entrance to get to our room. Please put a BIG sign, A B or C, etc. on each entrance. And a map with "You are here." The manager could direct us to it by letter. It would have saved us a lot of time and confusion. We drove around the property several times, searching. The room numbers were inside the hallway, so were not visible from the outside. Thank you!!!

Our room was very clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. We love to stay here when we visit our Carson family. This time could have only been better without screaming kids and barking dogs. Noise control could be better.

Not welcoming at all I paid for the room in full before arriving and upon arrival was told I needed to pay one hundred dollar deposit for the room to make sure it doesn't get damaged by my pet which is understandable except I don't have a pet so why should I have to pay for that I was denied my room and was told it would take 8 business days to return to my gift card Im on week 3 and still nothing
