My mom was overly charged 3 nights for almost $700. When i called and spoke to Ray he is Asian Indian to straighten it up. Ray told me it was a weekend rate when it was just Wednesday. They told me to check out the next day since shes already been checked in for the day. Wheb she checked out the next day and tried to check back in. She was told she was DNR. BTW the rate was only 300/3 nights. I made the reservation for 2 nights which costs us 200 bucks. But bec i called them with their BS and cheating on an elderly person. They wouldnt let my mom checked. She was a DNR? I asked what was DNR means. The receptionist does not even know. DNR means Do Not Resuscitate in medical term. We were very disappointed and they were very rude the next day i called and i am still waiting for my refund. Not a good place to stay
First of all, the hallways smell like weed and none of the side entries are locked so there is nothing secure. Anyone can just walk in. THEN i checked out a few days early and the front desk person ROY told me he could not give a refund because i booked through Expedia. I called Expedia, they said the refund comes from the property so actually the front desk person ROY lied to my face. THEN it took 4 days to get a refund for my remaining days and it was only a partial refund because of some early cancel policy. But guess what, the room that I checked out of early was already occupied the very next day (yes I checked). This place is horrible. Customer Service treats you like you are bothering them when you ask questions and the place is noisy as hell. Never again.
I was put in back building where things are a little “shadier” lets just say on first floor by doors that exit to parking lot. These doors are broken and offer zero protection from unauthorized guests from being able to access hallways to rooms.
Anyway first couple days were fine although I had noticed adjacent to these broken doors was a little homeless encampment about 100 yards away. Because of these factors I made sure my door was closed right when leaving every day for work. On Thursday after my shift I came back to room and my key card wouldn’t work.
I went to front desk & got new key. I opened door to find my room had not been serviced.
Furthermore I noticed my out of town bag was gone. Lastly, I noticed that someone had actually taken a shower and used my toiletries. I called management and requested he check cameras after I told him what happened. He said “on record” That all cameras were “live cameras that do not record.” Now I don’t know about you but I’m not buying that at all. What he is trying to do is hide the fact that someone saw me leave and requested key from front desk and they didn’t ask for ID.
Protecting them from having to accept responsibility. Police agreed. The cleaning lady said at 10am per her chart she knocked on door for service and someone answered after opening door and said “No thanks”. That lady was interviewed by police as well. Don’t stay here. A lot of cameras that will not protect you or your vehicles…if we are buying that baloney.
