Keeps Deposits without returning. Makes stories up as to why they keep your money, without notice. When you check in they do not inform you the deposit is for them to keep. Very rude morning staff, when you’re on vacation the worst experience. No microwave in the room. They have the microwave downstairs in the hallway under the stairs

it was a very pleasant stay the room was clean the staff was polite the only thing was you had to pay for parking me and my husband met there in our own cars it cost us $48 dollars for 2 nights I think that’s a bit much it wasn’t like it was a secure place to park

Great Price, decent hotel

The rooms in this hotel are huge and comfortable. Pros: Almost everything is super clean and in working order Beds are comfortable Rooms are huge A/C works well Decent enough location Great price Cons: The sliding bathroom doors suck for privacy. There's gaps on either side and its also very loud Everything in the room echoes The floors are clearly not mopped frequently, my feet were black after walking around the room barefoot The shower makes a huge mess, it shoots water everywhere

The lobby and hallways were very hot and a little humid. The desk clerks were not very cheerful and inviting. Rooms need a deep cleaning.Elevators way too small…Refrigerator did not work
