I turned on the heater in my room, but during the night, it suddenly made a loud noise and emitted a small amount of smoke. I was frightened and immediately turned it off. As it was late and I was very sleepy, I didn’t report it to the front desk at the time, but I informed them after checking out. I was worried it might lead to a fire, so I couldn’t sleep well that night.

We were surprised that they took a $125 or more deposit. Not happy about that ..most hotels take $50 usually not more than $100 but this is over the top.

There are areas where the carpets could use some cleaning and areas near elevators. Housekeeping not picking up trash outside of guest rooms promptly. However, most rooms are well maintained & the best part is the really nice, professional & welcoming front desk staff that provide personal & personable service for repeat guests
