I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I paid $200 for the room, and unfortunately the experience did not match the price at all. The room was extremely small, far below what would be considered acceptable for this rate. Additionally, the bed sheet was very thin and in poor condition. It even had visible cigarette burn holes, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. This gave a very bad impression and made my stay uncomfortable. For the amount charged, I expected much better standards in terms of room size, cleanliness, and overall quality. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution for this issue, such as a partial refund or compensation.

stayed here a bunch of times, to me its always 5 stars, the cleaners usually drop hairs or leave little dirt in the tub but we rinse it before we use it, staff could do that themselves but its okay, great price for what you get, however it was concerning the room we stayed in didnt have a restroom door but when we left we did see the door (we assumed was ours) sitting broken in the hall, but we thought it was funny
