The room I stayed at I believe it was 107-1 had no working ac we checked in early we were headed to a wedding when we got back around 2am it was hot called a staff member to try n figure out what was goin on but didn’t resolve anything couldn’t change room it was full, that night was uncomfortable n hot still waiting to resolve the issue

En el cuarto 310 que fue en el que me quede con mi familia no hay agua caliente les comente a la recepcion pero en los 3 dia que me quede nunca hubo agua caliente todo el personal muy amable

The room looked exactly like the picture, newly renovated. They haven’t done the exterior yet though but I’m sure they will do that next. Still a great stay. No complaints

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Advance were comfortable however they are not many amenities in the room outside of the microwave in fridge. It’s an end so I’m sure it’s meant for a short day. However, a closet would be helpful.
