The person who checked me in was unpleasant. Had to pay to park. The heater in the room only blew cold air! Didn’t offer to help with my luggage. The room was as far down the hall you could go. I’m a older woman.

Room was old, had a smell like old wet carpet except nothing was wet, so who knows where the smell is from. The bathroom had a running toilet that would not stop flushing, had to call fron desk (engineer is what they called them) to come out and deal with it. The beds are old and mattress needs to be replaced. Parking is $10 per day, it used to be free a few years ago. This place is in need of a remodel.

As a loyal Hilton guest, I choose your hotels because I believe in the prestige, consistency, and elevated hospitality that the Hilton name represents. Unfortunately, my experience during this stay did not align with the standards I have come to expect. I have attached several photos to this email that reflect the issues I encountered. These concerns significantly impacted the quality and comfort of my stay, and I felt they fell below the level of service and care typically upheld by Hilton. I understand that occasional oversights can occur; however, I believe it is important to bring these matters to your attention so that the property can address and resolve them appropriately. My intention is not to discredit the Hilton brand, but rather to help ensure that the exceptional standards associated with Hilton are consistently met across all locations. I kindly request that this situation be reviewed and that appropriate follow-up be provided. The pictures are not updated and the staff will treat you like you're stupid when you don't notice the decor and will shame you for it. They kept saying it was an Expedia issue and refused to help. If i could give them zero stars i would.

Staff was heat from front desk to housekeeping - very friendly and responsive. The room was however not clean - on the edges of the carpet you can see the dirt lining the room. 323 I felt the floor was dirty from seeing the dust piled up on the edges. The room view was also horrible. Looking out you saw these huge vents of the hotel. I know it was a very busy weekend but I was glad not to stay longer tha 2 days

The front desk staff was not very welcoming. They were not rude, they were not very engaging. The clerk who checked me in just gave me my key, took my card, told me what room I was in, but didn't even take the time to tell me how to get to my room. He did tell the person behind me though how to get to hers....maybe i didn't seem important enough to mention that sort of detail to me??. The reason this is important is because the hotel is a little weird to get around. The parking is all on one side and you can't drive up to or near where your room might be. Also, when I requested a late check out, he gave me a snarky remark about it being a holiday week. I was also really disappointed with the breakfast option. We paid additional money in advance for breakfast. The foods was cold, it was not replenished and the variety was not great. The toilet in our room was very low to the ground and my 6'2" husband (with very long legs) struggled. It also had very little pressure when flushed.....so you would have to BEND DOWN to flush....then sit there and hold the knob down. The bed was TERRIBLE! The frame velt very flimsy like it might collapse at any moment.The matress itself was lumpy in places. We were in town for funeral and were hoping to have a place for some rest....Sadly this was not the case.

The staff at the front desk was not very friendly.....they were not rude...just not engaging. The bed was TERRIBLE!!! it felt flimsy, like it would break at any moment. The matress was lumpy and contributed to a terrible nights sleep. We also purchased the breakfast option and the food was cold and not replenished. The toilet in our room was really low to the ground and you had to hold the lever down to get it to flush....it had little pressure when it did flush. I just was not impressed.
