The front desk was amazing. I liked the bike bar loved that it was open late and serve food and a vibe was just over all really nice. I booked a regular room got upgraded to a suite very spacious so very comfortable. The bathroom was just amazing. There’s a tub inside with a rainfall shower. It’s like the size of a spa.

I always stay at this hotel when I come into town. Everything about my stay is perfect! Valet is perfect. Check in is perfect. My rooms are always perfect. The gym and pool are well-maintained. I have ZERO issues at the Bicycle Club in Bell Gardens.

I love the fact that the VIP room was spacious, modern bathroom and nice view of the highway. It is quiet, staff are pleasant and courteous. Valet are very quick and kept our vehicle safe. I've stayed here 3 different times & all 3 times have been wonderful. Rooms are clean & staff is super nice. The valet parking is great, i believe its free with your room. The dumpling place in the hotel is amazing & the Vietnamese coffee from the cafe is also amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Noella at reception was amazing. I stayed on 9/1 and that night the casino was extremely busy!! They were having issues with the rooms, but she was amazing and got everything situated without any interruption in my schedule. A big thumbs up to the whole staff in the casino doing their job and behind the scenes. My first time staying here, but definitely will not be my last.
