The facility amenities are Amazing!!! Kids loved the basketball hoop, pool and nice hot hot tub. We had some room situations that we addressed some of it with the manager I believe this morning. He was very tentative so for that I’m still giving it 5 stars even though it’s between 4-5 I feel just because the breakfast area could be wiped up during the open times. Tables that were prior used no one wiped in between so I think staff needs to be a tad more tentative as it seemed like they lingered around at a very slow pace when observing. Filling one tiny thing at a time. Other that that we loved the front desk staff that we came in contact with and getting extra towels and more conditioner was quick which was nice unlike other hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, the sheets actually smelled clean, no hair when you pull the covers down to get in bed, the sofa bed makes it more comfortable if your kids don't want to share a bed. Room is a little apartment, they have dishwasher, full fridge, stove top and playes and utensils and the complementary breakfast its amazing, eggs,cheese, bread, bagels, English muffins, 3 different types of muffins, coffee, juices and oatmeal, they even had green and red sauce.My only complaints are the shower has a weird design, just a glass and no door or curtain making the floor wet and the pillows are hard. Staff its friendly and very professional. We found our new place to stay twice a year when we go to Los Angeles.

Had the cops called to my room at 8pm because “my music was too loud” as I was getting ready to go out by myself . Noise ordinance doesnt kick in until 11pm. As a solo traveler coming from NJ, this was very intimidating . Had to switch hotels because I felt targeted and harassed as hotel staff kept coming to my room. Never gave me a refund for the inconvenience
