I sent One text earlier today because I was driving so I was doing speech to text the gist of the tax was at that Jay guy at the hotel was rude and raised his voice to me when he realized that I had my nickname Billi and was crazy! I told him I said I have a credit card with my nickname on it. I have a credit card with my real name on it. I sent had to send him an email because he was afraid he was gonna have to pay for my room out of his pocket the next day. He has no sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was rude and he showed that he came from a caste system in India. I manage people from India and they are professional nice… But people who come to America and they manage hotels and motels bring their cast system with them and they're not easy to deal with. Just note he put me in a dirty room, he never apologize. The hall smelled like pee. I was so disappointed in that stay. I've never been treated so rudely and I've traveled all over the world. What a waste of a person he should be claiming floors or digging ditches, but not talking to people, he didn't even help me with my luggage up the stairs, and it was raining once again an awful place that should not be rated 8.2 on a 10 stars somebody's lying because it was more like a one

Basic room. Other than the small imperfections like roaches in the room, terrible paint job, holes and weird stains on the walls, cigarette burns on the comforter, blanket smelled like it hasn’t been washed along with some stains. But the a/c worked well and water pressure in the shower was nice.

We had good stay at this accommodation. Above all, I would like to appreciate a reception manager who kindly provided his personal kettle as it was not in the room. The room condition was not perfect but quite good and reasonable price.

Expensive for type of room it was. It was clean. I was allowed early access, but the attendant charged me $3.00. Not sure why, but i was happy not to wait for 3:00 pm check-in.
