We where locked out of our room door would not open are stuff was locked in there we couldn't shower after we came back from a concert. They wouldn't refund me just not a good experience

Fine. Close to the convention center. Wish Starbucks would have been open on a Sunday morning.
They wouldn't let me check in because they needed the card and I asked them if I had Apple Pay and they said no and I told them if I gave them and they put it manual and they didn't want to either.
Room and staff we're excellent. The morning staff at the restaurant, Bridget and staff we're attentive and welcoming.
Evening staff and restaurant staff we're the same. Austin was a great host and David the bar tender knows how to make the signature drink...delta old fashioned.
I enjoyed my stay and the people who represent Marriott.
