"Our goal was to experience something roomie (there were 6 of us), quiet, secluded and with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Nailed it!! The beach is visible and audible from the house - breathtaking view of it from the windows and porch - and from the pool. I pretended to be shipwrecked there and hoped for NO ONE to rescue me. Honestly, it was a perfect vacay for my family escaping big city life. We did see a few other people.. at the nearby restaurant (visible from the property - grateful for it's easy access) and visitors that probably traveled by fairy for a day trip to explore that same gorgeous beach - can't blame them, it's the most phenomenal scenery! All visitors seem to disappear at the same time each day though, probably because they had to catch the scheduled boats back to their own vacation spots. When they disappeared, we had a completely isolated vibe again - I loved that! Oh, and we explored Indian Caves (minutes away on foot) all alone - whoa, that was so surreal! The beach house is way cool! I love the sliding barn doors to two of the bedrooms - modern touch. The outdoor shower is a brilliant addition too - the stars at night from that warm shower just before bed was majestic. And there is seating evvvvverrrywhere - you have many options to cozy up with a book, nap, or catch up with people you love. We played board games at night in the living room - tons of room for the 6 of us to spread out. It was everything I needed in a family vacay and more! "Perfect mental health getaway place. The gorgeous beach by day, hundreds of stars clear as day at night, and no one else but me to enjoy it all as the beach was deserted. Communicating with owner was seamless and easy, and Junior the house manager is a blessing in disguise for so many reasons. I'll definitely be back!"

Other reviewers are not wrong in mentioning how peaceful this area is. It really is possible (even probable) that you can have an entire beach on Middle Caicos to yourself. The property is well located to explore all of North and Middle Caicos by car. We strongly recommend hiring a car to get around! We instantly fell in love with the Villa. It’s super clean, crisp and homely. It really felt like our home from Day 1. The beach at Mudjin Harbour (2 min walk from the villa) is absolutely stunning, and a lovely place to come back to for sunset after a day of exploring."

"We spent 5 nights at this great property. It was a last minute trip to North Caicos and we enjoyed the property and both North and Middle Caicos. The house is very comfortable and well decorated - true to the pictures. Kids enjoyed (10/12) swimming in the pool. Regine was wonderful, she provided us assistance with the last minute reservations. She helped with logistics in getting to the island, and getting off the island (Covid test, Boat transfer, Taxi, etc). It was all quite easy with her help. Beach behind the home was a bit rocky when we were there but not a big deal since a quick 5 minute walk down the beach was all sand. Barracuda Beach Bar was just a short half mile away and we enjoyed the food and rum drinks...so much that we went back 3 times. Don't miss a trip to Middle Caicos to explore. Great home on a great island."
