"The hotel is amazing—everything is conveniently close, including the restaurants, pool, and beach. The staff is very friendly, and accessibility was great with easy ramp access.
However, I’m very disappointed with Expedia. When I booked, I selected the “pay at property” option, but I was charged in advance. In addition, my reservation was for a room with 2 beds for 4 guests, yet I was charged an extra fee. Expedia says this comes from the hotel, which I understand but the issue is that Expedia’s listing is misleading.
They need to clearly state when is the extra charges, such as fees for additional guests beyond a certain number, and not advertise “pay at property” if that’s not actually the case."
