Nice enough location & quiet- not a lot of people, which was desired. I personally wanted to be left alone to relax. I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door the second I got there. Sadly, I was still pestered with calls & texts from the main office asking if I needed anything the first two days there. While I hate to be critical of that, as most would like that attention to detail, it personally made it hard to shut off my brain & truly relax. Kinda defeats the whole "do not disturb" thing. A bag was left outside my door every night with fresh towels, TP & water. Again, they are looking out for me, but, it was never needed & I never asked for it. Ended up just throwing them aside. The room was ok, but clearly needs some fixing up. Sadly, the housekeeping is lacking badly. The person who stayed in 157b before me had some bleeding going on & there were traces all over the bathroom that did not get cleaned. Another big reason I wouldn't let housekeeping in during my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a small, cozy resort that made for a relaxing 3 days. The weather was not to our favor so we did not get to use the amenities such as kayaks or paddleboards, but we were able to see the beautiful sunsets, and sit by the water. It has a nice restaurant on property and is a 20-minute drive to Marathon and Islamorada for daytime activities. We would love to plan a trip here again.

We absolutely loved this place. It was our first time staying there and it was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, updated, and our room had a wonderful view of the water. The grounds are beautiful and very tropical. It is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to go back.

Beach front studio w/ kitchen was wonderful. Very clean, staff were great. Jordan at the Florida Boy restaurant was the best! He gave us all the good places to visit eat and fish! And they have live music Friday nights. Will definitely return!

There was construction on their building two doors down that I don’t believe I was made aware of. The constant pounding and noise was quite irritating, especially in the early morning. The staff were all very nice and the room was decent.
