Very interesting place. Self check in and self check out. Lock box only. No humans seen. TV wouldn’t turn off unless it was unplugged. When it was on, it had a black line through the screen. Pool had leaves and debris in it. Sits on US1. Keep moving and make another choice.

It was easy to park. No-one was at reception despite it being around 5pm. I eventually found an email in my spam giving me a code for a key box. I was given room number 100. This room is probably the worst one in the Inn. It is right next to the reception with loads of people standing outside complaining. It also needs blackout curtains as the room never goes dark because of the outside lights. There is also significant noise from traffic. I'm sure the management already knows this and have done nothing about the problems. The water in the shower is barely warm. This is the worst review I have ever written.

The room was cleanish, could’ve used a little better cleaning on the glass and shower. The beds are more on the firm side. The staff was helpful and called me to confirm check in and make sure I knew how to get into my room after hours. It’s right on a canal, the morning view was pretty. The fridge was slightly bigger than a mini fridge. Really could use some minor repairs.

We stayed here off season, the price was right. There is decline in the appearance of the property, looks like they may be trying to fix it up. Breakfast and the bar was closed. The office hours are hit or miss, but the ladies are sweethearts. The pool we had all to ourselves and extremely clean. In a great location for shopping , restaurants and all around. We had a king room on the canal, that was so nice.

This place is a DUMP! The door was locked when I went to check-in despite my arriving during posted open hours. After calling 2 different #’s multiple times, I finally was able to access the room key from a lockbox. When I opened the door, dirty towels were on the floor and the room was a mess. It looked NOTHING like the pics. I left and got a room elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend this place!

Location is beautiful - on the water. Bed was fine. Microwave dirty inside and out. No coffee packets for coffee maker. No one at desk to check us in or get supplies. Refrigerator made high pitched noise. Tile floor in bathroom was wet on arrival and we almost slipped and fell. Floor was buckled from moisture condensation.
