Overall the stay was nice. Close to the train station convenient to get to places. It would have been nice to have had the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant rather than in bedroom. Had the same breakfast for 2 days cold and managed to go into the restaurant on the last day of checkout.

I was very disappointed in the customer service ( receptionist). Took me about 15 mins before I was giving a key and also to charge me £50 as holding fee after I have made my booking and paid off online was very disappointing

There is no staff till 7:00 AM in the morning. If tou need any help, like calling a cab, you can’t do it if you don’t have a local phone. Lights on bedside tables were not working. The soapholder in bathroom was broken.

There was a parking space. Receptionist was very helpful. But did not mentioned that there are daily fire alarms check. I got scared as I was on my own in the room while my partner went to see the receptionist for some advice. I was very about to evacuate the building till my partner and told me that it was just a test.

Oyo mefhil er et koselig lite hotell i Southall. Området er vel og omtales som slitt. Kunne være litt ekkelt å gå ute etter det hadde blitt mørkt. Toget inn til Paddington stasjon ligger ca 4 minutt å gå fra hotellet. Toget tar ca 25 minutt fra Southall til Paddington. Frokosten som var inkludert var helt ok. Sengene litt harde. Toalettet tok 10 minutter å fylle seg etter man hadde trukket ned, som var litt irriterende. Rommet var fint og hadde grei størrelse. Veldig billig hotell, som altså ligger i et litt slitt området, og et lite stykke fra sentrum. Vi bestilte gjennom hotels.com, og skrev beskjed om at vi ville behøve en sen innsjekk, siden vi landet sent på Luton AirPort. Da vi kom til hotellet, var hotellet stengt(stenger kl.23.00), og vi måtte ringe til kunderservice. Her ble vi møtt av en mann som snakket indisk, og som var utrolig vanskelig å forstå. Vi endte opp med å måtte stå utenfor hotellet i nesten to timer midt på natta. Det var en ubehagelig opplevelse da det var lite gatebelysning og en del narkomane og fulle personer som lurte på hvem vi var. Vi ble nødt til å bestille taxi for å komme oss til et annet hotell i OYO kjeden, men for å få taxi trengte vi et «område-kode». Det var ikke mulig å forstå denne personen fra kundeservice som forsøkte å gi oss områdekoden til hotellet. Etter en lang stund fikk vi bestilt taxi og kom oss til et annet hotelle, men her måtte vi betale 65pund for overnattingen! Bestiller ALDRI gjennom hotell.com igjen!

Foi tudo MARAVILHOSO. Quarto confortável, com aquecedores, banheiro limpo, chuveiro super quente. O restaurante do hotel é muito bacana. O café da manhã delicioso, tem 5 tipos diferentes de queijo. Cada um mais gostoso que o outro. So quarto não ouvia sequer o barulho das ruas. Eu voltaria ao hotel com toda certeza. Check in e check out sem problemas. Recepcionistas atenciosas. Embora fique afastado das atrações turísticas, o metrô fica a 100m do hotel e o transporte publico em Londres é excelente. Nota 10 para vocês!

Frühstück wird komplett aufgeteilt in kontinental interkontinental und indisches Frühstück. Komplett irreführend. Bei meiner Buchung stand Frühstück inbegriffen. Alle Gäste haben sich beschwert im Frühstück. Manager fängt Diskussion an am frühen Morgen. Keine Worte komplette Enttäuschung und nie wieder.

Lite utvalg av frokost. Dessverre elendig service. Vi hadde to rom i fire netter og spurte om vi kunne få utsjekk til klokken 13:00, opprinnelig utsjekk er kl. 11:00 på hotellet. Vi fikk beskjed om at dette kunne vi få mot et tillegg på £30 per rom, men ble tilbudt utsjekk kl. 11:30 og oppbevaring av bagasjen uten tillegg. Dette takket vi ja til. Kl. 11.00 kommer rengjøringsfolka inn på det ene rommet og sier at utsjekking er seinest kl. 11.00. Vi informerer om at vi har utsjekking kl. 11:30. Rengjøringsfolka forlater rommet i sinne. Etter par tre minutter blir vi oppringt av resepsjonen som påpeker at utsjekking er kl. 11:00. Vi forteller om at vi har fått innvilget utsjekking til kl. 11:30. Resepsjonisten svarer at det ikke ligger beskjed om dette i systemet og at vi må forlate rommet så fort som mulig. "Leave the room" var beskjeden.

WORST STAY EVER

It was horrible. We were a couple and the first room that they gave us was room 210 which was stinking of stench. It was horrific especially the toilets. The lights were even dim. Then we were transferred to room 210 which was twin room but we accepted. THERE WAS BUG BEDS! I woke up in the morning and my wife has bites all on her full arm, stomach and back and front of her neck. We found one on the pillow that bited her eye bags which was swollen as heck. We proceeded to the reception. They accepted to refund us. We went up since we didn’t even brush our teeth. Then one of the managers angrily knocked on the bed demanding to see the room and bed as if we were lying. He shoiluted at us and I pointed to my wife’s swollen eye and hands and then he became quite and went down. PLEASE DO NOT STAY.
