The rooms were a nice size, bed was a bit squeaky The breakfast was really nice buffet, location is really nice- staff were friendly- just left standing at breakfast as tables were not really cleaned up quick enough, no cutlery laid and nobody offering coffee- or at least telling us where to get one- as we ended up walking to the counter and asking. But these are just some points for your Staffa be managers to think on. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and food. And would come again.

The bathroom had mold on the shower. There was no hot water. It literally was warm. No need to add cold. It was super noise and the children running in the hallway woke me at 7 am. I was concerned after the look of the bathroom that the bed had not been changed. I wore clothes to bed.

Happy hour lounge employees were particularly friendly and did a great job. Happy hour was a nice perk with a good choice of snacks— enough for a light meal. Front desk staff were also professional and courteous. Ideal location.

Good hotel in great position. If you pay £240 per night though you expect your tv to work, mine didn't and neither did all the light switches

Was in room 130, if you are offered this room, say no! It is close to the reception, lots of noise overnight as people go up and down corridors, the room had bulbs gone, half a shower screen, a creaky bed, a very loud a/c unit and no remote control for the TV. The buffet breakfast was mediocre, but did fill a space. The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff were nice, but that was about it.

Staff friendly, our only criticism was that our pleasant check-in lady was new and wanted help from a colleague to check availability of breakfast for the Saturday, but the colleague announced she was going on her break and went off leaving our lady needing to wait for someone else. (There were no breakfast slots available on the Saturday but no problem booking ahead for the other days). The room was comfortable although air-conditioning unit wouldn't cool and needs fixing. Luckily the weather wasn't too warm. Other than these minor criticisms, we had a comfortable and pleasant few days.
