The condition of the room was disappointing. There were small hairs on the bed and the table area was not cleaned properly and the stool was dirty and had cigarette burn hole in it. I booked a queen room for 1 night and it was tiny and did not justify the £150 a night price for that room.

Fantastic location, lot of thoughts go into the design of the room, plenty of usable spaces, all amenities are well maintained and work well. The room is small but it feels spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly.

We had a gas leak alarm go off twice in the morning that forced us to switch rooms. Staff did not seem overly concerned about the issue, which was alarming, as gas leaks can be very hazardous even with a false alarm. Rooms are also very small with little room to put large luggage bags.

Perfect location - surrounded by nice pubs and restaurants and very close to shopping. Hotel good value, and has everything you need for a short stay - large comfortable bed and great shower but room is tiny.
