Stayed for 7 nights in early October.Communication is through Whatsapp so know that when you are directed to text the operator for arrival instructions they mean send a chat through Whatsapp.Great location close to underground stations and restaurants. We alternately walked to the tourist sights or took the underground or bus. Very convenient.Rooms are of a good size, especially the kitchen/dining and the living areas. We comfortably sat 6 adults - careful not to hit your head on the low light over the dining area.WIFI did not provide internet service. This means the TV doesn't do anything as it is based off WIFI - can't stream from our devices without WIFI. We ended up buying an HDMI cable so we could play jackbox and watch shows in the evening. A dozen messages back and forth with the operator including detailed pictures of settings on both the cellular modem and the WIFI router. The operator seemed surprised there was a problem and didn't seem to do anything to try to resolve the problem. We used our cell data.One of the ensuite shower drains barely functioned. This meant turning the water on only briefly to wet hair, for example, then turn water off while lathering shampoo... wait until drain has subsided, then rinse hair, etc. The operator was advised.Overall the suite is in a great location and of a good size but I would not return as the operator did not address any of the issues we experienced during our 7 day stay and so I can not recommend them.
