We had an amazing stay at Club Quarters Hotel…we would stay there again for sure. The location is amazing, close to everywhere. The free self service laundry section is an amazing idea and we really appreciate it. The stuff was very helpful and kind. We hope to be back soon.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to get complementary coffee 24 hours was great. The filtered water stations on each floor was very helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, across the street from Trafalgar Square, waling distance to Picadilly, Chinatown, theatres. Wide cariety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

My sister and I stayed there 1.6 26 to 1.11 26 and they couldn't have been lovlier. My sister has wasn't onset dementia and mostly stayed in the room. They were so accommodating and understanding of our special needs. I can't say enough good things about them. Plus, its gorgeous!

The location was really convenient. Check in was easy, and the reception staff was always available. The room itself was quite spacious. It was a bit dated. My only negative was that the heating unit wasn't working the first night, which was rectified the next day. But when we looked into the unit, it looked really old and was filled with a thick layer of dust. A good reno could be needed.

The room was great, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Boyd's Bar & grill served the best breakfast. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful. We will stay there again.

Toilet would not flush propey, the sunk would bot drain (needed a plunger and a clean), and no one made beds/changed towels. Why is there a service charge for no service. The hotel was old but in good condition, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Coffee machine (one working for breakfast) caused long wueues that were not worth waiting for. Yes I would stay again but expectations set accordning
