Very small room, only had 1 towel and the pillows were not adequate for 2 people. Nowhere to even put a suitcase. Otherwise great location and clean.

This is definitely a budget hotel. Don’t expect any form of luxury or actual perks of a hotel. Asked for house keeping (to make my bed) and you would have thought I was asking for their first born. Only one small trash can and a lumpy bed with paper thin pillows. Was overall just fine, but for the amount I paid I wish I had spent that money on an actual luxury experience.

Awesome all around, would stay again. Only issues were the bed in our room had a massive dip in it, just time for a new mattress. The staff were lovely, went above and beyond! Good coffee.

Conveniently located, the hotel is ideal for exploring Westminster on foot. The staff is courteous, but the hotel needs to spend some money on new carpets in the rooms (very dirty) and heavily trafficked areas.

Great location, clean room, quiet, breakfast included, friendly staff. Areas for improvement: the electronic self check in system did not find my reservation by my last name; the A/C seemed to be blowing cold air even when I set the temp to the max of 24C. Not enough room for a table and chairs. Breakfast was nice with fruit, yoghurt, bread but items like eggs, meat, cheese were missing. The item that irked me the most was that after my delayed luggage was delivered to the hotel by BA, nobody bothered to leave a note for me to pick it up! I started looking for it some 24 hours after it was delivered in the hotel and still it took a while for the staff to find it.

The place smacked of efficiency gone wild to the extent of cheap. The soap pump in the shower did not work, the adjustable shower head was next to impossible to adjust, the carpets were dirty or worn, the lighting when one was trying to sleep was a choice between a very bright dim and pitch black . There were no working 5v usb outlets. However the bed was good, the shower hot, and the computer desk adequate and the price ok

Great stay

We used this as a literal hub when we needed to rest, we did not spend much time in the room at all. The only downside was no windows in the room, we overslept one morning due to no awareness of time with no sunlight. Other than that it was clean, bed was a good size, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Would definitely consider doing it again
