We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful! Great location, decent buffet breakfast. Only complaint was a small room, but they all are in London!

Super convenient and clean location. Stayed for 5 days with my dad and the room was spacious enough for both of us to be comfortable. The staff were super friendly and we were able to get extra towels and garbage bags throughout our stay. Will definitely be back when we visit again!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about technology and their city. Very friendly and welcoming. The Hub’s location is perfect - right nest to St. James Underground. Walking distance to St. James Park and Churchill’s War Rooms and Buckingham Palace.

Friendly staff, good air conditioning in the room, strong water pressure in the shower, and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The room was quiet and had several lighting options, as well as digital "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room" signs that illuminated outside the room when activated from inside.
