"My whole stay was a bit of a mess. I understand that COVID plays a big part but I would have liked more information upfront. There was no room service, no sauna, no water slide, a lot of the amenities were unavailable to use which was confusing because what is the resort fee for then? Also, my room was literally filled with moths despite the sliding door being closed. I had to complain 4 times to get my room changed. It's a beautiful place, but they need some help. "…"
