I stayed at this property in August 2025. They were at the end of an extensive remodel of the property. Every staff member I met went out of their way to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. The people doing the remodel work were also very pleasant and polite. there was a lot of seating inside in the lobby, but most of the outdoor seating was in full sun. My bed was comfortable, the Internet was reliable and they were plenty of plugs to charge cell phones, etc.

It’s going through a remodel fire alarm goes off every hour laundry room at a service, gym out of service, pull out of service almost $2700 week day. Very disappointed for the price I pay and brought it to their attention and didn’t care.

Construction started after we booked.. Dust everywhere.. Continental breakfast was not what I expect from Holiday Inn.. Never gave us enough towels.. Ended up leaving a day early because the dust was too much.

Very disappointing, misadvertised by hotels.com

We booked this hotel when there were photos of a complete gym and really nice pool we could use (roughly about 5 weeks before our stay). When we arrived we saw that much of the first floor was being remodeled, there weren't clear signs of areas you could not walk and the pool and gym were not able to be used. This was a huge reason we booked this hotel since we were traveling with two little ones. Very disappointing as this was one of the more expensive hotels in the area and no information was provided by hotels.com regarding the construction or lack of amenities.

Miserable stay

Booked 2 night stay, for 2 queen beds, night before staying hotel called said all they had was a king but could offer a roll away, got to hotel around 530 took till 8 pm for a roll away and 4 times of asking, then found out no pool, which is listed on the amenities, and only offered decaf coffee in room. Breakfast was absolutely disappointing. For price I paid was not worth!! Also all construction of renovations, also not disclosed . Would not recommend this hotel!!
