Love the place. Very close to the TramWay, which takes you up the mountains for free, and you get an amazing view. Very safe area, and everyone is just walking around at night. Very lovely, quiet town.

The room was spotless and had an incredible view, but the best part about this Inn is that it’s walking distance to the gondola (like a 2 minute walk), and the staff is wonderful! We had Alix help us during our booking, who helped us make our stay at the Inn extra special. This is a wonderful Inn and we will absolutely be coming back!

After talking to the front desk yesterday morning they assured me I would have no issue with late check in. I arrived at the site at 10 pm and could not get ahold of anyone for hours. They also did not leave my keys for late check in in the the box outside. Finally after 2 and a half hours the owner called me back. At that time he asked if I wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else but nothing would have been available to check in at 1 am. Owner could not have cared less about wasting my time waiting to get in touch with someone on site. Instead of checking in at 10 when I arrived, I didn’t get into my room until 1245 am. Once I got access to the room the accommodations were sub par and dirty. Would not recommend staying at this venue to anyone.

Our shower had shampoo overflowing from the dispenser all over the wall into the tub. It was stifling hot in our room even with the windows open. Paper thin walls and loud groups of people laughing and carrying on, slamming the doors while they were coming to their rooms. Coffee pot couldn’t be plugged in where they had the machine. Had to move it either to the floor or to a small counter beside the bathroom sink. Beds were hard as a rock.

The hotel is situated in the center of the town and easily accessible to nearby shops and entertainment. You don't need to use your vehicle unless the location depends it, The room amenities are average compared to the price and the room is clean. Staff was very helpful.
