"I paid a premium to stay here and expected a flawless experience, but it fell far short. A pipe burst in the garage, flooding it with sewage that remained unresolved for two days. For the price, that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, parking cost an additional €150, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances.
The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Very disappointed."
