We stayed at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. We really enjoyed the location ... it's just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and right by the Seine. The hotel has great amenities, including a pool and fitness center, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a nice city view, though it had a weird smell that you get use to. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience, good service, and great access to Paris attractions.

Pros - the area was great, only 10b mins from two RER stops, near two meto stops, and barring had there we always 2-4 taxis waiting outside. There were several great cafes nearby (go south is all I'll say) plus a supermarket accessible by an overhead walkway. Clean lobby, filtered water on tap, easy bag storage, and a self service convenience store right off the elevator bank were all good things. Cons - let's start with check in. We arrived at the hotel around 1130am. As ive done innumerable times, i said to the desk agent that "hey, I'm here early, any chance my rooms available?" I was told by agent 1 that sorry, it's not come back in two hours. We dropped our bags and returned three hours later, at 230, and spoke to agent 2. "Hey, we're a little early, but we were told to come back around 2, is our room ready?" Agent 2 flatly told us in no uncertain terms there was no check in until 3, he could not assist me till then. Bear in mind it's 230, we're 30 minutes after our return time, and I'm watching other check ins happen next to me. Okay, we wait 45 minutes and come back at 315. Agent 3 now tells me he can check us in, but our room won't be ready for at least another half hour. Great. We finally get into the room at 430/1630hrs. On getting into the room, the cleanliness is... questionable. The carpet is filthy. There is what appears to be a vomit stain right next to the trash can. We have no soap or shower products and it takes a call and desk visit to fix that

Great location great service, well done housekeeping everyday we really enjoy 👍 Only thing we wasn’t very happy with breakfast, for seven days was exactly same breakfast😢 Very pleased with regular and sprinkling water for free in the lobby of hotel, Very easy to move around by bus, station in a 3 min way in the corner and bus 30 was taking into Eiffel tower, Arc de Triumph, and shopping streets.

Nice clean room

Easy booking in process. Room clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Queue to get in as they seemed to be marking people off a printed list. Odd given everything else in the hotel was digital.

We didn’t find too many amenities at the hotel. Room service was great, quick and friendly. The inability to control the temperature in the room was horrible. It got extremely hot. Also, the placement of the toilet in another small closet like room was really strange. No sink for hand washing. No shower curtain in the wash area. I would not return.
