"No a/c or heat. Facet handle came off in bathroom. No gym. No bathroom in hotel except room. Room wasn't ready at 3pm and had to come back twice before I could get into the room. Coffee doesn't come out until 630am and ran out. On the good side the water pressure was good and there was warm water. "

"This best western was very clean with a polite staff. Pool was nice and the breakfast was great and had a good variety. All in all best place we have stayed at in a long time."

"The place was clean and the staff was ok. The coffee machine didn't work and the free Wi-Fi was slow. The towels were clean but did not smell very good. The mattress was garbage. The place is built as cheaply as possible so expect to hear the guests above, below and next to you at all times, as well as anyone who walks down the hallway. Overpriced like every other hotel for minimal service as usual."
