"Is bad place, the front desk employee is no courtesy, in the rooms you finder hair, little pieces garbage, sama in the aisles, my last stay the blanket have a blood, the employee only say: I don’t have more ; do you not liked let’s go. That no place for family."

"While the room was clean our curtains were broken so it let in a ton of light. While it was not the hotels fault the room next to us started singing happy birthday at 5:30 in the morning but it was on the hotel that when we tried to call and make a noise complaint when it didn’t stop no one answered at the front desk after trying several times over a half hour period. The hot tub was broken when we were there and we never did get a chance to talk to the front desk. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was okay."

"Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper."
