The room is not high end but perfectly appointed for what I need. The bed was very comfortable, the water was hot, there were plenty of towels and the staff was friendly. The cable is ok, the hot tub is very warm, the workout room is small. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice room. Very clean and updated. Maybe bring your own pillow, but the bed was good. No in-room coffee, but they have it in the lobby (machine with 4 options.) This is a BUSY hotel, so they have figured out how to do a breakfast buffet that everyone walks through in a line. Eggs, sausage, fruit, cottage cheese and options like bagels and oatmeal and cereal. Nice quiet area with plenty of parking.

The pictures are not what this hotel is like and their is an oder to the room, not quite a smoker smell but not great. Even the front entrance has a smell. It seemed clean otherwise. The breakfast was ok but pretty much as advertised.

I've stayed here maybe 6 times during ski season. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is fairly quiet. It's also very convenient to the Cottonwood canyons resorts and an easy drive to Park City. My minor complaints are: 1. Some deferred maintenance on the property. 2. No variety in the breakfast. Give us waffles, pancakes or something to break up the monotony of premixed scrambled eggs and sausage.

Thin floors. The person above me in the 4th floor kept walking around and I called the front desk and she said they would take care of it. They failed. I finally had to knock on the ceiling at 11:30 pm to get them to realize how thin the floors are. Also the tv didn’t work and apparently no one was on duty that knew how to troubleshoot.

The heater in our room seemed like it was either all in or all out. We’d get back from skiing and the room was either 30 or 85 degrees. Bathroom seemed slightly dated. But overall, it was a smooth experience.
