I’ve stayed here many times, but this particular trip the hotel seemed less clean. The first room smelled horribly of mildew the second wasn’t as bad. It’s a cheap stay so don’t expect anything spectacular. The money they bring in could definitely go towards renovations.

Staff is friendly and helpful. room was clean except for the bedding which was covered in black hairs, which we do not have. The place is spacious and comfortable except for the beds which are rock hard, the pillows are large, lumpy and hard.

The property is fine—not necessarily exceptional, but good for the price. I only had contact with the front desk clerk and she was very pleasant. I stayed there because a conference was being held there. I would stay there again.

Average hotel. Definitely don't come in expecting the hampton or anything like that because this is not it. Bed sheets were ripping and stained and stuffing from duvet was falling out. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was average. Sausages were burnt. Staff was nice. Pillows were so tiny for the size of bed. We were given no sheets for the pull out couch. Mold was growing in the bathroom. Room smelt of smoke even though it was a smoke free room. Not sure why this hotel has such amazing reviews. They are definitely misleading. Discretion advised when booking this hotel.
