Had a good overall stay. The kids loved the pool and continental breakfast. The room was a little tough because the faucet for the bathroom sink was placed in a weird spot on the sink (top left corner of a square sink, almost coming down the left side of the sink). It was also loose and wouldn't stay in place. If someone wasn't paying attention the faucet would just poor all over the counter because it doesn't point over the sink or I couldn't even fit my hands under the faucet to wash them off because the edge of the sink wouldn't have enough space. Also we went to look out the window behind the blinds only to find the window was covered by a giant sign so there was no view. We weren't really there to get a view so that wasn't a big deal to us but something to note, someone else may be more disappointed when they see that. Other than those two things everything was great.

The staff support was the best part of our stay. Nevertheless, this hotel just does not meet the normal standards of a Hampton. The thermostat for the heating system either froze us or got so hot that I would have to get up and turn it off in the night. We were only given two towels, which made us dry with wet ones the next morning. The electrical outlets were so loose that our phone chargers kept falling out. The chair at the desk would not elevate, making it useless. Our mattress was so hard and uncomfortable (not a pillow-top). I probably will not book there again.

When we arrived the first room was unacceptable. The floor had not been vacuumed and stains everywhere. Bed had hair inside the covers and the topper was stained. Bathroom had crumbs and hair on the floor. Went to front desk and the lady was very good and got us another room immediately. The rest of our 2 night stay was great.

Dirty entry way floor. One bed wasn’t finished being made. Pillows were on the floor. Pillowcases lying empty on bed. Sheets were very wrinkled. Switched rooms and second room also had a dirty entry floor as well as a dirty bathroom floor. Obviously not swept. Strangely the fire alarms went off just before 4 am, waking the entire hotel and causing guests to all get up and check if there was a fire. We got in late and got up early, so it combined to make a very short night.

Hotel was decent. The room looked nice at first glance but th bathroom floor looked like my 3 year old swept it. It just don’t seem clean like I expected from the Hampton Inn. Also, the toilet leaked all night long. We were there for a quick trip so we didn’t complain about it at the time. It also would have been nice to have a bathroom fan that worked. It just seems like they didn’t put too much effort into cleaning the bathroom. A bit disappointing.
