Only issue we had was with Hotels .com cancelling our reservation. Luckily staff at the hotel were able to get us our rooms. Assuming Hoels.com did this so rhey didn’t have to give us our rewards fot 2 rooms for several nights.

"I had a wonderful stay . The location was perfect. My room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Everything was clean. And lots of parking. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Deridder.
