After we arrived my wife and children went on the balcony to find that the previous people had left some marijuana. After notifying the front desk to have it removed we went to dinner and did some gambling. With the curtains closed when we got back we assumed they removed it like they said that they would. After getting up the next day we found that it was still on the balcony. A drug charge could’ve put jobs at jeopardy. Oops, sorry nobody took care of that was the apology and resolution.

Fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning telling us to evacuate, however, the message kept getting turned off. We looked in the hallway and others were up and worried! We called the front desk and they stated it was a false alarm! It was very scary!

The tub "plug" was broken. There was a leak and the carpet was wet. One of the 2 sinks in the restroom was clogged. Upon checkout the desk receptionist was kind and said she'd send an engineer to look at it.
